While everyone may be talking about J.Lo falling during her performance or some strange phenomenon called Adam Lambert, Chic Report is more concerned with the important things: what did they wear, and who looked the chicest? We’ve narrowed the list down to our top four (three one-named wonders and one glam country wife); whose look did you love the most?

Jessica Stam may not have walked away with the Woodie of the Year Award (that honor went to Kings of Leon), but she certainly deserves an honorable mention for hitting all the right notes in a Balenciaga Resort mini during the 2009 mtvU Woodie Awards last night.
