Starring opposite George Clooney and being nominated for a Golden Globe have been good to young Anna Kendrick. The Up in the Air actress was positively glowing in J.Mendel and Jimmy Choos heels at the 2010 Palm Springs International Film Festival–or was that just her $363,100 worth of Cartier diamonds?

One of the most fascinating exhibits up anywhere right now is Cartier Collection show currently on view at the Forbidden City in Beijing. The beautiful Cartier Treasures – King of Jewelers to Kings is a compilation of 350 pieces from the Cartier Collection from China and beyond.  Some of the pieces are over 150 years old. The exhibit in the recent Summer Olympic city runs through November 22.

Jennifer Hudson dominated last night, with an inaugural win, a rousing performance, and most importantly, a look to remember. The singer wore RM by Roland Mouret dress, a Cecilia clutch and $800,000 worth of jewels from Cartier on her big night.
