Celebrity super fans of Gossip Girl Hilary Duff and Tyra Banks are set to appear on the fourth episode of the series this season. Last week at the I Heart Charlotte Ronson party, Duff divulged (as true Gossip Girls do) that Banks will play the singer and actress Josephine Baker. Chic Report wonders if Duff will also channel a late great movie star?

Blake Lively was spotted filming some scenes for the new season of Gossip Girl at the beach in Far Rockaway, NY yesterday (June 26). She was dressed in a gray silk mini-dress accessorized with a straw tote bag, red coral bracelet and gladiator style sandals.
