Allison Sweeney could be the biggest loser…of baby weight

Allison Sweeney’s new baby is ready for her close-up and the”Days of Our Lives” star is ready for her workout. Sweeney, who makes a living ushering others along their path to weight loss success, has her own method for getting fit post-baby. Like many working moms, Sweeney is short on time and long on obligations so she’s had to get creative when it comes to exercise.
The star who, was back on the The Biggest Loser set just eight days after the birth – and returned to her role as Sami Brady on soap opera Days of Our Lives just six days after that – has been turning to her Nintendo Wii for help. Sweeney is the proud owner of a new fitness program, called EA Active, and has been following its lead to help bust her baby weight.
“When do I have time to go to the gym?,” asks Sweeney. “It really is like a personal trainer in a box. It’s perfect. I recommend it to all mothers!” [Source]
Allison has been pretty public about her weight issues over the years so it’s great to hear that she’s just as committed to her fitness goals as our buddies on The Biggest Loser.
