ALT Travels to Chicago; Michelle Obama a New Vogue Cover Girl?

Michelle Obama paraded on stage as a future First Lady in front of 120,000 Chicago spectators last night wearing Narciso Rodriguez. But Chic Report spotted someone else in the crowd at Crandon Park: André Leon Talley (see below) cheering from the VIP section–which also included Oprah Winfrey–as he waited for the Obama family to take the stage. Earlier in the day, Anna Wintour had patiently waited to vote in SoHo, and was said to be ecstatic about the evening’s turn of events. After all the fundraisers Wintour and Talley helped coordinate here in New York, Chic Report wonders how soon we’ll see Michelle on the cover of Vogue. We’re betting it’s the February issue!
