Attention, Milan: Ali Wise is NOT Headed to Zac Posen

The Milanese have been buzzing that former Dolce & Gabbana celebrity service honcho Ali Wise is heading to Zac Posen. Not so! Turns out the “Ali” that is now working with Zac is Alexandra “Ali” Smith, who was recently named director of public relations and celebrity and is reporting to Karen Duffy, vice president of communications. Smith, a veteran of fashion PR, most recently served as senior director of publicity and special projects at Armani Exchange; prior to that she worked at Donna Karan.

The beautiful Ali Larter of course starred in the film, while the socialite was content to watch the actress steal babies and send insane emails from the comfort of her theater seat.
