Celebs Invade the Ritz

Chic Report spotted Lily Allen wandering about the Ritz lobby barefoot yesterday–those heels were high, darling, we understand–and then we spotted her lounging against a lamp post in the Place Vendôme, posing for a handful of paparazzi. Meanwhile, Kate Moss has been spending plenty of time in the Hemingway Bar. Last night, the festivities continued in her room with revelry that persisted so late into the evening (nay, morning) that management apologized to guests on her behalf.
