Last night, Anthony Todd hosted a cocktail party for Portero’s Chanel auction, bringing the three most important C’s into one room–Chanel, champagne and chicettes like Allison Sarofim (above). “I don’t know if it’s the bags or the girls that are more gorgeous!” exclaimed Todd. Over 150 vintage bags will be on sale, all in pristine condition. “This won’t be my first Chanel bag from Portero,” smiled Melanie Charlton. “I don’t have time to pound the pavement looking for vintage things!” “We do a lot of the work for you,” explained Stephanie Phair, Portero’s VP of merchandising. “You don’t have to sift through thousands of potential hits when more than half of them could be counterfeit. It goes without saying that all of products are real.”
