Consider Her Vogue-Certified

With Senator Barack Obama a shoo-in to win the Democratic party’s backing for the presidential race, it’s no wonder Vogue has become one of Michelle Obama’s biggest supporters. (That, and who could forget how Senator Hillary Clinton upset Vogue editor Anna Wintour by declining to pose for the magazine?) On June 17, André Leon Talley is hosting a get-together for Michelle, who recently appeared in Vogue as an “It Girl.” Following the reception, a select group will convene at Calvin Klein’s home for an intimate dinner.
