Fash-Week Drama, part 1: Lohan calls out sick from Matthew Williamson, parties with Ronson clan instead

Lindsay Lohan was a no-show at Matthew Williamson’s private dinner last night, thrown by Glenda Bailey at Norwood. Strange…as there were rumblings at the party that Matthew’s team paid for La Lohan and her posse to fly out from L.A. to attend. Apparently, the actress called out sick shortly before the event–although she was spotted by Chic Report at the Charlotte Ronson afterparty around 10 that same night. Er…miracle recovery?
