As Chic walked to the subway en route to Vionnet circa 11:09 a.m, we noticed quite a queue on rue Scribe as Parisians lined up to shop at the brand-spanking-new Uniqlo store! “Merci pour avoir patiente,” an employee told guests, ushering in a few at a time.
