Sure, it’s next to impossible to choose a best-dressed from the designer event of the year (that’s last night’s CFDA awards, people!) but Victoria Beckham takes our cake in her Marc Jacobs dress forge of layered silk hearts. “This certainly is one of Marc’s designs and an amazing one at that,” quipped Posh to Chic Report. “Don’t you just love the hearts?”
