The “Project Runway” hottie looked to be in a bit of a hurry, though she didn’t forget to bring an apple as a healthy snack.  After all, she is eating for two these days!

The German supermodel was happy to push her son around in a stroller as she, along with her mother and nanny, did a little sightseeing and shopping in the West Village.

And yesterday, the German supermodel was stopping traffic in the Big Apple as she emerged from her chauffeured car, on her way to a meeting at a nearby office building.

To kick things off, the happy bunch walked a few blocks in the West Village, stopping along the way so that Heidi could shop for clothes at Intermix and buy an umbrella.

Accompanied by her daughter Leni and son Johan, the Klum clan first went to Starbucks before making their way over to a children’s play center called For Kids Only.
