We’ve yet to get to the theaters to see The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, but we expect this psychedelic Alexander McQueen frock is perfectly appropriate. Newly-minted leading lady Lily Cole (on the arm of director Terry Gilliam) sported the daring dress–sans hoof shoes, however–to the film’s Japan premiere last night.
