Joe Zee on Stylista: I Didn’t Need Any Hair or Makeup!

Though Anne Slowey told us earlier today that the highly-anticipated CW show Stylista won’t debut until September (translation: it’s good enough be part of the fall line-up), Joe Zee probably won’t be affected by the taping scheduling should the program be picked up for a second season. “My participation with the show was minimal, I did it every Thursday for a couple of hours at night and it didn’t get in the way of my day-to-day life,” Zee told Chic Report in Los Angeles. “But the luckiest part of it all was that I’m a guy. I didn’t have to sit through hair and makeup. I show up, I film it and I’m gone. In and out! The cast is amazing. They’re smart, talented and so incredibly passionate. When someone watches the show, I think they’ll realize how fun and entertaining fashion and magazines are. I think it’s going to be a really hypnotic and entertaining show.” We hope so too, because frankly, Million Dollar Password isn’t going to cut it for us this summer!
