Lessons in Deconstruction with Helena Christensen

Last night at the Cinema Society’s screening of The Wrestler, the lovely Helena Christensen showed up looking stunning in something our runway-trained eyes just didn’t recognize. Chic Report had to ask. “It’s Lanvin,” she said. “It’s old and I kind of deconstructed it.” Christensen pointed out how she had sliced the neckline open and cut off the bottom to make it a mini. “I’ve had it for years and you know how sometimes you just feel like wearing something else? I changed it up for Christmas!”
