How nice to have friends who can throw little parties for you when you’re traveling. Madonna’s in Milan on her Sticky and Sweet tour, and she (and her current love, Jesus Luz) was naturally welcomed with open arms by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, who hosted an after-fête for her at their private club Gold.
