To Maquillage, or Not to Maquillage?

Elle’s French counterpart made headlines recently for putting natural beauties like Eva Herzigova on the cover sans makeup, but we think they’ve taken the concept a bit too far. Don’t get us wrong, now–Scarlett Johansson, the mag’s newest cover star, is as gorgeous as they come–but Chic Report thinks she might have benefitted from a swipe of mascara or a smudge of blush. What say you, chicettes?
