Here’s Miley Cyrus prancing around Studio City the other day wearing a ridiculously ugly pair of sunglasses and an even uglier pair of cut-off denim shorts… so this is obviously a disaster of an appearance, right? Nope, because the butt-ugly shorts are doing one hell of a job of showing off her killer stems, and more shwingtastically, she’s wearing a corset. A freaking corset!
