Lindsay Lohan, who has been arrested and been to rehab more times than we can count, is currently sitting pretty at home under house arrest.However, she was under strict orders by Judge Elden Fox NOT to consume drugs or alcohol while under probation.Well, Lindsay Lohan, who recently threw a house party while under home arrest, does what Lindsay Lohan wants. And that includes violating her probation!Multiple sources confirm that the former actress failed one of two sobriety tests last week, with results coming back positive for alcohol.As a result of this major screwup, Lindsay has been ordered to court Thursday morning, for a probation violation hearing! And, making matters worse for her, the probation department wants Lohan in jail over her positive test.Tags: ,
