A Planned Success

Manhattan’s theater elite came out in full force for the opening night of Richard Greenberg’s The American Plan. Chic Report sat in the same row as Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick. Patricia Clarkson gave SJP a quick hug to say hello before the curtain fell. Brilliant performances by Lily Rabe (seen above in Hervé Léger) and Mercedes Ruehl rounded an incredible ensemble cast. After the debut, the cast and crew joined institutional patrons from the Manhattan Theatre Club at the Hard Rock Cafe for a buffet dinner and after party.
