Ricci Razzle Dazzle!

Believe it or not, the CFDA Awards in New York wasn’t the biggest fashion production of the week. That global honor would have to go to the Parisian fragrance launch of Nina Ricci conceived by Alex de Betak. He masterfully turned a bare Ricci space into a multi-media scarlet universe complete with thousands of mirrors, floor-to-ceiling mazes, and a projection of iconic faces that range from Jane Fonda to Waris. Not to worry, New Yorkers–if you missed the psychedelic brilliance in Paris, you can see an installation by one of our favorite artists, Yayoi Kusama, that’s currently up at Gagosian until June 27. The experience is refreshingly similar!
