Trend Tracking: Creative Coloring

Parisian menswear departed from the somber hues of Milan as colorful accents were omnipresent on the Paris catwalks. Junya Watanabe showed bright yellow sleeves peeking out from underneath a beige Barbour-esque vest, while Raf Simons opted for pink neoprene sleeves on a black jacket. Paul Smith continued his flair for color that peeks out, and Véronique Nichanian outlined an Hermes cardigan in a nearly neon yellow. For Comme des Garcons, Rei Kawakubo showed a particularly inspired suit that mixed grey and purple blocks of color.
