Kellogg’s couldn’t pin down Cruz the elder yesterday, as Penelope was at the premiere of Nine in New York (in Chanel Haute Couture and Chopard, no less), but they managed to wrangle little sis Monica as the face of Special K during a holiday breakfast in Madrid.
