This is no dollhouse. Domenico Dolce’s new digs sends us into a tizzy of emotions. Awe, delight…and just a dash of green envy? While most of us are clutching our piggy banks close, the designer proved that the real estate industry shouldn’t start singing its death lament just yet. Dolce put down a cool $29 million for the pad—two duplex condos overlooking the water in the Chelsea Arts District. The real kicker is one crazy amenity: an elevator that lifts residents’ cars into private garages on the same level as their apartment! This is truly curbside service, Dolce-style.
