With A Wink and A Smile

September seems ages ago, and the Spring collections shown then have long been replaced in our heads by runway images of the fall–that is, until we go shopping. Chic Report just can’t seem to quit coming back to this lovely Thakoon “winking” print (yes, those are rows of eyelashes) whenever we’re out browsing–the blouse version sold at Bird on Grand Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn continues to tempt. Anyone want to buy Chic a–hmm–late Memorial Day present?
