by Kristen Bell. For those of you who do not know who Kristen Bell is, here is a little info.

Bell, 24, headlines the teen detective drama Veronica Mars (pictured with costar Percy Daggs III). "To have someone like Veronica, who's deep and witty and sarcastic, is wonderful." The series ranks 122nd out of 133 in Nielsen ratings, but critics and fans adore Bell's combination of wit, spunk and vulnerability.
In 2006, Bell's Star Pulses
Bell's performance on Mars helps her land roles in Wes Craven's psychological thriller Pulse (left), the campus comedy Fifty Pills, and Fanboys, about a group of Star Wars fans on the road. "I think I'm put into the category of more of a short list, which I'm very happy to be on," she tells Chicago Tribune. "But, yeah, it is what it is. I'm Veronica Mars on Veronica Mars."
In 2008, Bell Covers Cosmo & Hits Big Screen!
Bell, 27, appears on the cover of Cosmopolitan. "It’s funny. The feedback I’ve always gotten is that I was not nearly pretty enough to play the pretty girl and not homely enough to play the ugly girl," she tells the magazine. "So I’ve always been like 'I’ve got to be able to fit in somewhere!'" After her new comedy, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, opens at No. 2, Bell finds a place among the 'pretty,' as she lands on PEOPLE's Most Beautiful list.

The IRS doesn’t care who you are if you owe them money. Wesley Snipes, 45, paid a $5 million dollar fine and was sentenced Thursday to three years behind bars as his punishment for failing to file his tax returns, U.S. District Judge William Terrell Hodges announced in an Ocala, Fla., courtroom.
Prosecutors said the Blade star owes a total of $41 million in taxes from 1999 through 2001. The prosecution was seeking to make an example of Snipes so average people didn’t think that they rich and famous could get away with it. Snipes’ defense claimed the tax loss only $227,959, and sought probation. "Wesley Snipes is not a dangerous man who needs to be imprisoned to protect the public," Snipes' attorney said in his sentencing memo. "He is contrite, promises that he will never again break the law, and respectfully asks the court to consider not just the jury verdict but also all the good that he has done in his life."
In February, Snipes, an Orlando native, was acquitted on the more serious charges of conspiracy to defraud the government and filing a false claim for a $7 million refund – both felonies – as well as three similar counts of failure to file returns for the years 2002, 2003 and 2004.
Several famous names sent in letters of support for Snipes, including Denzel Washington, Woody Harrelson and TV judge Joe Brown. Washington called Snipes a "great oak." Harrelson, who starred with Snipes in Wildcats, wrote, "Wes continues to encourage and challenge me to be the best man I can be by being a constant friend."
